Mkak - Work completed on toilets and fresh water tank installed
The Humanitus Foundation are thrilled to announce that construction has been completed on Mkak Primary School's toilet block and a water tank for storing safe, fresh drinking water has been installed.
Mkak Primary School now have two toilets. Construction has been completed. We are thrilled to announce that we have also raised the necessary funds to provide the Mkak School with access to safe, fresh drinking water. The water tank was delivered in the second week of December.
Mkak PrimarySchool and the Humanitus Foundation would like to sincerely thank the students of Melbourne Grammar School (Grimwade House) for their generous contribution towards construction of the toilets. A special thank you also goes out to the children of Caulfield Grammar's Junior School for their efforts in raising funds in October 2010 for the purchase of the water tank. We would also like to thank all the 'Friends of Humanitus' for their generous contributions to make these projects possible.
