Pichey Rangsey - New bicycles for Oun Tio and Srey Shro

Hi Jeff, I visited the school yesterday to deliver the bicycle you gave me $50 for. There is a market on the other side of the river from the school where I have bought bikes before. Prices have increased but we managed to haggle them down from $65 to $50. I told them we would most likely buy another 20 or so later on.
One photo shows the boy, Oun Tio, with his parents, the other by himslef. Try as I might I couldn't get him to smile. I think he was quite overawed. They were very grateful. then I was told that srey Shro didn't have a bike. Her home is very close to our school but she was having to dink on the back of her frien's bike to go to High School 4 kms away. So back to the bike shop again and another $50 bike! (She had come out to the school with her mother so I could see that her teeth had settled down). Jeff, I've never seen such a transition in personality. She was laughing and smiling, talkative and so happy. She had never displayed this before, an observation made by the teacher, Awah. New teeth AND a new bike! i'm sure her personality and confidence will result in an improvement in her grades at school. More soon, Best wishes Denzil
